Rates
- Mediations and Arbitrations ..............................$300.00/hr

SPECIAL! Half- Day with 2 Parties....................$800.00 flat fee

- Mediations or Arbitrations involving four or
  more law firms or extraordinary cases .............$400.00/hr

- Flat fee travel to 100 miles................................$200.00
  (minimum hearing duration - three hours)

- No Travel fee to San Francisco Bay area with a 
  minimum hearing duration of four hours.

- Will travel anywhere within California with 
   a minimum hearing duration of seven (7)  hours.

                                                               A special rate discount for new clients:
                                                               "The First hour will be discounted if your matter is resolved within 3 hours.

If the attorney(s) are reducing fees to non-corporate clients due to the nature of the case or the parties, I will consider reducing my own fee.   

      An overtime rate (to be agreed upon) applies to evening or weekend appointments. A seven-hour minimum applies to full-day appointments.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
1.   If you cancel three (3) business days prior to the hearing no fees will be applied to either party.
2.   If you cancel 48 hrs prior to a hearing - $1200 fee for full day and $600 fee for half-day divided by parties.
3.   If you cancel 24 hrs prior to a hearing - $1200 fee for full day and $600 fee for half-day divided by parties.
Note: Weekends and national holidays are not "business days."
